Our Lady of Wisdom
The Fall 2013 Newman Lecture will be delivered by George Weigel, the biographer of Blessed Pope John Paul II and well-known commentator on topics dealing with Catholicism and culture. He will speak about his new book “Evangelical Catholicism” and the issues that face the Church at the beginning of the 21st century. The lecture will take place in Jeanmard Hall at Our Lady of Wisdom Church and Catholic Student Center beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24. Everyone is invited and the lecture is free to the public. Before and after the lecture, copies of Mr. Weigel’s books will be for sale.
