Aquinas Institute Registration

The Aquinas Institute for Theology and Catholic Studies is a center for adult education in the Diocese of Lafayette, Louisiana, approved by Bishop Jarrell in July 2006. The Aquinas Institute provides a variety of courses in the areas of theology and Catholic studies. The Institute desires to foster among the Catholic faithful a deeper understanding of the faith and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and the Church.  Each course consists of six 2-hour sessions.

FALL COURSE OFFERINGS:

CHRISTOLOGY:  Instructor:  Father Clinton Sensat; Class Time: Wednesday Nights, 6:30-8:45PM, beginningSeptember 3; Location: St. Thomas More in Eunice.

PENTATEUCH:  Instructor:  Ms. Katie Austin; Class Time: Tuesday Nights, 6:30PM-8:45PM, beginning September 9; Location: Our Lady of Wisdom.

FUNDAMENTAL THEOLOGY:  Instructor: Father Andre Metrejean; Class Time: Wednesday Nights, 6:30-8:45PM, beginning October 15; Location: Sts. Peter and Paul in Scott.

INTRO TO ST. THOMAS AQUINAS: Instructor: Father Patrick Broussard; Class Time: Tuesday Nights, 6:30PM-8:45PM, beginning October 28; Location: Our Lady of Wisdom.
