A Day of Recollection to help Catholics prepare spiritually for “Going home to God” will be held on Saturday November 1, 2014 at Our Lady of Sorrows Retreat Center, 103 Railroad Avenue, St. Martinville. Participants will hear a young person’s perspective on preparing for death as well as from someone terminally ill. There will be time for reflection on the beautiful grounds, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and opportunities for Confession. The talks begin at 9am and the day ends with benediction at 3pm.
